Studio Policies, FAQ’s and Fees

Studio Policies

  • New to the studio?  We prefer that you start with our Control Method Basic class to familiarize yourself with the equipment, find proper form and get to know the studio a little bit better before diving into an Control Method Open class.
  • New clients are requested to arrive 10 minutes early to meet our staff, discuss any injuries or limitations and complete our client waiver.  For safety reasons, new clients may not join class once instruction has begun.
  • We do not allow cell phone use on or around the equipment.
  • We are not responsible for personal belongings. We provide storage for personal items and request that clients do not use the surrounding floor area to stow items.
  • Socks are required in order to take class. Regular socks are fine or we sell Toesox for your convenience.  No bare feet or shoes are permitted on the equipment and/or mats.
  • For safety reasons, clients may not join a class if class has been in session 10 minutes or more and their spot will be forfeited without penalty of a No Show.
  • All classes and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Please understand that no classes can be reserved or confirmed if you are not prepaid.
  • Clients under 18 years of age are not permitted to take Group classes.
  • i heart fitness XO reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

 

Class Package Policies

The Heart 10 and The Heart 20 are Auto-pay packages that expire one month from purchase date and classes do not rollover.  Monthly recurring charge will be billed automatically to your valid credit card on file. All packages are limited to 1 class per day.  Class Count Packs expire 1 Year from the date of purchase.   Please see the Rates page for individual package stipulations.

Classes and instructor assignments are subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

 

Return Policies

Return Policy:  Single classes, class packages, unlimited packages, special promotions, workshops and memberships are non-refundable.

Return Policy for Merchandise

: No returns on worn/opened merchandise.

 

Managing your online account

To manage your reservations and client account we use the Mindbody Software Scheduler. This convenient online system will enable you to see an up-to-the-minute schedule of classes and workshops at our studio and allows you to reserve a spot in those sessions. Scheduled classes will be charged to your current package or series and can also be purchased individually.  Please see our Rates page for more information on pricing or Book Classes to sign up for a class.

FAQ’s and Fees

How do I book a class?
Reservations for classes can be made in person, by telephone or online. A credit card is needed to secure your reservation.  Please provide a valid email address so that we may send an email confirming your reservation.

 

I booked a class but something has come up and now I cannot attend.  How do I cancel?
Reservations for classes can be cancelled online or by telephone with no charge up to 12 hours prior to the beginning of class. If a reservation is early cancelled, the class is credited to your i heart fitness XO account to use towards future reservations. Purchases will not be refunded to your credit card.

 

What if I need to cancel my class and it is less than 12 hours until the start of the class time?
If a reservation is not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy of 12 hours and you need to Late Cancel your class in our scheduler, you will be charged a Late Cancel fee of $15.  There will be no exceptions.

 

What if I am signed up for a class and I miss that class?
Clients with class reservations who are absent for that class will be charged a No Show fee of $25. There will be no exceptions.
*Please note that Late Cancel and No Show fees apply to any Heart Memberships and Unlimited Monthly Class Packages.  If you have purchased individual classes under a Class Count Pack, a missed class will count as a paid class and will be forfeited.

 

What do I wear to class?
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move and your skin to breathe. You must wear socks – we allow regular socks or Pilates socks – no bare feet or any kind of shoe. Toesox are available for purchase at the studio for your convenience.
  Jewelry is not a good idea. A towel and water will complement your time with us.  Yes you will sweat!

 

Where do I park?
We offer free parking in our lower level parking lot as well as an upper level lot that you can access via our cross street Ridgemoor Drive.  There is also free 2 hour parking on Ridgemoor Drive and metered parking along Ventura Blvd.  Here’s a map!
